modern facilities and tasty and awesome breakfast with the many wonderful bakeries and fresh products, as example. fast check-in, fast check-out. great location 15 mins walk from the center. easy to get around, very close to a subway station.

Pleasant small hotel with courteous staff at the reception desk. Heated double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Awesome breakfast for the start of the day with pastries and excellent-plenty, for instance.

I liked everything: location, cozy rooms, friendly personnel, cleanliness, 24-hour reception. coffee maker in the room.

Practical quiet rooms with LOVELY views, and a coffeemaker, a mini-bar and a balcony. Appetising and brilliant meals.

Nice room, peaceful and comfortable. Staff helpful and polite. Relaxed atmosphere. Metro stations within 5 minutes.

The 'fitness centre' is tiny and poorly signposted in the hotel. Bit of an afterthought. You're better off going for a run round one of the beautiful parks!

New, quiet and comfortable hotel

no slippers, no bathrobes, but these are little things.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly,when we arrived we upgraded for an extra cost to a jnr suite on 6th floor which was well worth the money we ended up with a large balcony which a lot of the rooms do not have.

Good, quiet location for both business and city trips. Close to 2 underground stations.Stephansplatz is 10-15 min walk. Room and bathroom were very clean athough the storage space was somehow limited (forget about large suitcases).

The hotel has an external, separate parking lot where you have to walk and carry luggage. I parked on the street in front of the hotel so take into consideration some extra time for parking.

During our departure (03/01/2011 morning) we requested for a station wagon car to drive us to the train station because we were four persons with four big luggage. The receptionist in charge at the moment ( who was not helpful at all) told us that it was impossible to provide that and he was not very polite either. He offered to call for two taxis but while the one couple left the next taxi that arrived ( to drive the other couple) was a station wagon. I do not know if the hotel gets money from the taxi companies for each taxi they booked and if these is the reason they did not get us the car we requested but we were dissatisfied about it. All the other employees at the reception and especially the girl at the night shift were very gentle and helpful. Another thing that was very unpleasant was that although the room was cleaned regularly and it looked very clean, at our departure while we moved the linen to check if anything dropped between the beds we found a feminine underwear that of course was not ours. That was really disturbing.

The team provided us with excellent service and tons of useful tips to explore Vienna with our large family. The kids loved the spacious room, and the charming décor, especially with our four babies in tow. We appreciated the great location, only a short walk from the city center.

In my kids' opinion, a small play area would be great for entertaining them during downtime.
